We handcraft each set with exceptional care and attention to detail and due to their high demand once we receive your moulds, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Also at HC GRILLZ we guarantee our work, if the piece doesn't fit or is damaged we will make you another set free of charge, in saying that due to the custom nature of our work all orders are final.

Once you place an order you will be sent our easy to use mould kit in the mail for you to do and post back to us, once received we will make your Grillz perfectly to the model of your teeth and send them back ready to wear straight out of the box!

How do you know which teeth I want?

When you place an order there will be a form with a diagram for you to mark exactly which teeth you want.

Do you guys ship internationally?

Yes we do, once you've found the piece you like its as simple as placing an order and waiting for the mould kit to arrive at your address, once thats done and posted back to us we can make the grillz to that mould and send it back to you ready towear straigt out of the box!

Can I get a grill if I have a missing tooth?

Yes, we can work with broken/chipped/missing teeth and cover them up to look normal again.

How long does it take?

HCGrillz are made to stand out above the rest. We handcraft each set with exceptional care and attention to detail. Due to their popularity, once we receive your moulds, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. While there may be cheaper or faster options, we are committed to delivering only the highest-quality grillz to our community.

My teeth are crooked will that be a problem?

No problem at all, we can even make your teeth look straighter by shaping the grillz to a more natural look.

Do you guys offer payment plans?

We do! if you don't have afterpay you can reach out to us directly to organise a payment plan.

Do I need to get a mould done at a dentist?

Nope! With every order we express post our easy to use mould kits which you can do from home and post back to us to make your grillz.

How do I order a custom design?

To order a custom design you can reach out to us on Facebook or Instagram or you can head to the contact us page to send us an email and we can help you from there!

I have retainer wire is that a problem?

No problem at all we work around retainer wire all the time!

How long do they last?

We only work with precious metals that are made to last a lifetime, the gold and silver we use will out live you!

How do they stay in?

We make the grillz perfectly to the model of your teeth so they're nice and tight that way they will just hold in place with retention like a cap!

Please note that some of our designs that are thinner and have less surface area to hold onto will require our Grillz glue which will be provided and is very easy to use, if you have any questions about this feel free to reach out :)

How many mould kits do I get?

1 mould kit is included free with every order, if you are ordering for multiple people make sure to add extra mould kits when you checkout!

How long does gold plating last?

It depends on several factors such as how they're cared for, how often theyre worn, what kind of foods and drinks you consume etc. But we estimate 6-12 months before needing replating (which we offer for $50)

Can I smoke with them?

Smoking with grillz in will cause a reaction at the back of the grillz from the heat and turn it black. It is recommended to take them out when smoking so if you choose to smoke with them, do at your own risk! :)
