How do you know which teeth I want for the grillz?
When you place an order for a set of gold or silver grillz there will be a form with a diagram for you sent with your HC grillz mould kit in the mail where you can mark exactly which teeth you want for your custom grillz!
Do you ship the grillz internationally?
Yes we do ship our grillz internationally, once you've found the custom piece you like its as simple as placing an order and waiting for the HC Grillz mould kit to arrive at your address, once thats done and posted back to us we can make the custom gold or silver grillz to that mould and send it back to you ready to wear the grillz straight out of the box!
Can I get grillz if I have a missing tooth?
Yes, we can work with broken/chipped/missing teeth and cover them up to look normal again with our custom gold and silver grillz options.

My teeth are crooked will that be a problem?
No problem at all, we can even make your teeth look straighter by custom shaping the gold or silver grillz to a more natural look.
I have retainer wire is that a problem?
No problem at all we work around retainer wire all the time and can make the custom gold or silver grillz to fit perfectly over the top!
Do you guys offer payment plans?
We do! if you don't have afterpay or klarna you can reach out to us directly to organise a payment plan for your custom gold or silver grillz.
Do I need to get a mould done at a dentist?
Nope! With every grillz order we express post our easy to use HC grillz mould kits which you can do from home and post back to us to make your grillz. (If you prefer to get a dental mould or provide your own that is completely fine!)
How do the grillz stay in?
We make the grillz perfectly to the model of your teeth so they're nice and tight that way the custom grillz will just hold in place with retention like a cap!
Please note that some of our grillz designs that are thinner and have less surface area to hold onto will require our Grillz glue which will be provided and is very easy to use, if you have any questions about this feel free to reach out
Can I eat and drink with them?
It is not recommended to eat with the grillz in and as for drinking we reccomend taking them out if they are silver as certain chemicals will tarnish the silver.
Can I wear them 24/7?
You can wear the Grillz as much as you like, for safety reasons do not sleep with them in.

How do I know my size?
For Necklaces:
Use a piece of string or measuring tape and place it around your neck where you’d like the chain to sit. Mark the length, then measure it in inches and choose the closest size.
Our general guide:
18” – Sits higher on the chest
20” – Most popular, sits mid-chest
22” – Slightly lower, more relaxed fit
If you already own a chain you like, simply measure it end to end and match it to one of our sizes.
For Bracelets:
Wrap a measuring tape or string comfortably around your wrist. Add ¼–½ inch for a standard fit. Then select the closest size available.
If you’re between sizes or unsure, contact us before ordering — we’re happy to help ensure the right fit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We are have two offices, one in Australia and one in United States and we ship worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on location once your piece is completed.
How long does production take?
All pieces are made to order and require 4–6 weeks production time. Each item is individually handcrafted from scratch, not pulled from stock.

Can I customise my piece?
Yes. You can select your metal, size, and available design options before ordering. If you require further customisation, contact us here prior to purchasing.
What if there’s a manufacturing issue?
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us immediately. We will repair or remake the piece at no cost.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because each piece is made to order and materials are allocated immediately after purchase, all orders are final. Please ensure your specifications are correct before ordering.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We stand behind our craftsmanship. Manufacturing faults are covered. Normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse are not included.
