We have production offices in both Australia and the United States, and ship worldwide. Your mold kit will be shipped from whichever location is closer to you for faster delivery.
Mold Kit Shipped Within 24 Hours
We ship out your mold kit within 24 business hours of receiving your order, provided we have stock available. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
One free mold kit is included with every order and will be sent to the shipping address you provide at checkout.
Need an Extra Mold Kit?
Each kit includes enough materials for three separate attempts. If you’re ordering for a friend, want backup putty, or expect to need another kit, you can purchase additional kits in our Extra Mold Kit section.
Take Your Mold at Home
Our kits are designed to be used at home no dental visit or special skills required. Each kit includes:
- Dental putty and trays
- Clear step-by-step instructions
- A design form with a diagram for tooth selection and customization
You’ll follow the instructions to take your mold and mark the diagram with your desired tooth placement.
For example, if a design is shown on the right side of the mouth, you're free to switch it to the left, center, or bottom row as long as it’s the same design and metal type.
Send Your Mold Back
Once completed, return your mold and design form to either our Australian or US office. We’ll begin production as soon as we receive your mold.
Manufacturing Process
Every grill is custom made. Here’s what happens:
- Your impression is poured into a stone mold
- The grill is either hand-designed or 3D-modeled, depending on the design complexity
- It’s then cast into your selected metal
- Our team completes the final shaping, polishing, and finishing
- Any stone setting, engraving, or cutouts are added at this stage
Production Timeline
We aim to complete all grillz within 3–4 weeks from the time we receive your molds. However, slight delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Shipping or customs delays
- Casting or materials supply issues
We always strive to meet our timelines and will keep you informed throughout the process.
Production Timeline
Once your grill is complete, we’ll send you photos of the finished piece for approval. After that, it will be shipped via express post, and you’ll receive tracking details.
Your grill will arrive ready to wear straight out of the box.
