Refund policy

 

At HCGRILLZ, every grill is handcrafted to order using your unique dental mold. Because each piece is custom-made, all sales are final once the mold kit has been dispatched.

We do not offer refunds or cancellations under any circumstances. This policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which allows businesses to refuse refunds for custom-made items.

Free Replacements Are Offered If:

  • Manufacturing Error – If we make a mistake during production.

  • Damage on Arrival – If your grill arrives visibly damaged upon delivery.

In these cases, we will remake and ship your grill free of charge.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Late delivery or production delays

  • Fitment issues (we remake it until it fits)

  • Customer error in molding

  • Change of mind or incorrect purchases

Once your mold kit has been sent, your order is final and non-refundable.

Customer Responsibility

  • Accurate Impressions: Customers must provide a clean and correct mold. If your mold is inaccurate, we are not responsible for replacement materials.

  • Following Instructions: You must follow the mold kit instructions carefully. If you make a mistake, a new mold kit will need to be purchased.

  • Timely Mold Submission: Delays in returning your mold will delay production.

Remake Process

To request a remake, email hcgrillz@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or video showing the damage or fit issue

If your case qualifies under our remake policy, we will remake and ship your grill at no cost.

Chargebacks & Legal Notice

By placing an order with HCGRILLZ, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

If a chargeback is filed after the mold kit has been sent, HCGRILLZ will take legal action via small claims court in Queensland, Australia, seeking:

  • The full cost of the order

  • Material and labor fees

  • Court and admin fees

  • Any additional damages incurred

Unauthorized chargebacks are a breach of our terms and will be pursued legally.
