Welcome to HCGRILLZ. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site.

Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of order using the accepted payment methods listed on our website.

Custom Orders

All grillz are custom-made to your specifications and are non-refundable. Once your order is processed, materials are purchased, and your mold kit has been sent, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via AusPost. Please allow 1–5 business days for mold kits to arrive. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If incorrect details are provided, additional charges may apply to send a new kit.

Returns, Remakes & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once the mold kit has been sent.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Production delays

  • Fit issues

If your grill does not fit properly, we will remake it free of charge until it does. However, refunds are not provided under any circumstance once the mold kit has been dispatched.

By purchasing from HCGRILLZ, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Minor delays may occur due to high demand, shipping issues, or production timelines.

  • These delays do not warrant cancellation or refund.

  • We are committed to delivering your final product as promised.

Chargebacks & Legal Action

By placing an order with HCGRILLZ, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to attempt resolution.

If a chargeback is filed after the mold kit has been sent, HCGRILLZ will pursue legal action through small claims court in Queensland, Australia to recover:

  • The full amount of the transaction

  • Material and labor costs

  • Administrative fees

  • Court filing fees and legal costs

Filing an unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback is a breach of these Terms of Service and will be treated accordingly.

Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

HCGRILLZ products are intended for cosmetic and decorative use only. They are not dental devices or medical products.

Grillz must be removed before sleeping, eating, drinking, or physical activity. Wearing them during these activities may pose health risks, including choking or swallowing.

By purchasing from HCGRILLZ, customers accept full responsibility for proper use and care. HCGRILLZ is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of HCGRILLZ and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data.

Limitation of Liability

HCGRILLZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products.
