Terms & Conditions

We back our grillz with a Lifetime Warranty because we believe in what we make. Our solid silver and gold grillz are crafted to last and we stand behind them every step of the way.

This warranty covers any breakage, cracking, or structural failure that occurs under normal use. If something goes wrong that shouldn’t—we’ll replace your grillz completely free. No stress. No questions.

But of course, like anything precious, there are a few boundaries.

✅ What’s Covered

  • Cracks or breakage during regular use

  • Defects in craftsmanship or materials

  • Issues caused by our manufacturing process

  • Fit issues (we’ll remake your set if they don’t fit right)

❌ What’s Not Covered

Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect, including but not limited to:

  • Eating, drinking, or smoking while wearing your grillz

  • Taking drugs while wearing them 

  • Stepping on them, sitting on them, dropping them, or crushing them

  • Exposing them to chemicals (like cleaning products, bleach, etc.)

  • Washing them in tap water (yes—even that can damage them)

  • Bending, pulling apart, or trying to adjust them yourself

  • Losing them, throwing them away, or leaving them in a pocket that ends up in the wash

  • Damage from excessive heat, impact, or force

  • Tarnishing of silver over time (this is natural and expected for all silver jewelry)

  • Fading of gold plating over time (also normal and not covered)

We review every claim fairly—and if it’s a genuine issue with our craftsmanship or materials, we’ll sort it out. Fast.

📦 How to Claim

1. Send us your original order number and photos of the damage.

2. Our team will assess the claim within 3 business days.

3. If approved, we’ll remake and ship a new set—completely free.
