How do I know my size?
For Necklaces:
Use a piece of string or measuring tape and place it around your neck where you’d like the chain to sit. Mark the length, then measure it in inches and choose the closest size.
Our general guide:
18” – Sits higher on the chest
20” – Most popular, sits mid-chest
22” – Slightly lower, more relaxed fit
If you already own a chain you like, simply measure it end to end and match it to one of our sizes.
For Bracelets:
Wrap a measuring tape or string comfortably around your wrist. Add ¼–½ inch for a standard fit. Then select the closest size available.
If you’re between sizes or unsure, contact us before ordering — we’re happy to help ensure the right fit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We are have two offices, one in Australia and one in United States and we ship worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on location once your piece is completed.
How long does production take?
All pieces are made to order and require 4–6 weeks production time. Each item is individually handcrafted from scratch, not pulled from stock.
Do you guys offer payment plans?
We do! if you don't have afterpay or klarna you can reach out to us directly here to organise a payment plan.
Can I customise my piece?
Yes. You can select your metal, size, and available design options before ordering. If you require further customisation, contact us here prior to purchasing.
What if there’s a manufacturing issue?
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us immediately. We will repair or remake the piece at no cost.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because each piece is made to order and materials are allocated immediately after purchase, all orders are final. Please ensure your specifications are correct before ordering.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We stand behind our craftsmanship. Manufacturing faults are covered. Normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse are not included.
